Website Design and Services

All website design and development are based on customers / clients requirements. It is NOT off the shelf product and hence require USTECH to manually design your requirements. 

The website design and development process consists of the following stages.

1. Scope of website design – here we meet the client and discuss the individual equirement. We discuss artwork, design and pricing. We project an estimated time of delivery and plan accordingly. 30% of price quoted is collected after scope of the project. The client is not obliged to persue and can cancel the project entirely without any penalties or fees. 

2. Design prototype – here we present what was discussed during scoping. Before we present the prototype, atleast 30% of the quote must be paid. This is non refundable and secures your project work to be completed by USTECH. In prototype, we present a non functional design and / or semi functional design with colour schemes, logo, pages, look and feel. The client can opt to make any changes.

3. Design and Development – here we complete your work in the backend whilst in communication with the client. This is based on all the feedback we discussed during scoping and prototype. The client can still request changes to the website. However, if we have progressed 80% or more, than we may not be able to change the requirements without additional charges. 

4. Soft Delivery- this is the final presentation of what was scoped, designed and developed. Soft Delivery is in our control and is NOT live to the public. However, this is 95% or more of the completed project. The client can provide any minor (5% or less changes) and if approved at USTECH’s discression. USTECH require full payment before website is published live. Client will need to sign off the project.

5. Go Live  – here we publich the website to the actual domain name, test it thouroughly, publish to search engines and start reporting. USTECH will then sign off the project.

Products

All products (physical goods) sold either online or at premise, will come with the standard warranty as specified on the warraty card. Most of these products will be covered by manufacturers warranty and or USTECH’s warranty. 

USTECH will NOT accept returns simply because change of mind. However, if the item is faulty, USTECH may consider either of the following;

a. Send the item back to the manufacturer for assessment for repair/exchange/replace or
b. USTECH may exchange/repair/replace at premise
c. Refund the full amount
