Where are your servers located?
Our data centre is housed and supported by leading technology companies who we partner with in order to provide the services. Primarily most of the hosted servers are in Australia with exception of some being in the USA and UK.
How much do you charge for your solutions?
Our solutions are tailored to your needs and we work closely with you so you can achieve your KPIs. Unlike some other consultants, we offer free initial meeting and a session to go over your processes. We are a niche provider, specialising in Travel and Tourism and hence keep our costs very low. This is a saving for you in comparison to some of the larger consultanting firms. However, there is no compromise in quality or delivery, and if anything, you will have a better customer experience dealing with us. We don’t pretend to know the data – We know the data!
We have a unique way of measuring and are a different operator than the rest of the industry. What can you assis with?
We have worked on very different models, through mergers and acquisions, combining synergies and integrations. The end goal is for us is to help you reach the KPI and meet expectations. We do this by working closely with you and sync check every step.
Which booking engines, backends can you work with?
Over the years of combined industry knowledge, we have worked with local (Australian) and global aggregated systems. From tour, travel, inbound operators to agent / consultants – we have seen it all. We have worked with mid office systems, legacy brands and the backend database which it supports.
How will my projects be delivered? How can I measure performance?
By working closely with you, we keep in check the costs, resources, training and UX. This all builds in to the delivery mechanism and it can be as simple as recieving PDFs, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint via emails, to shared deliverable via SharePoint or hosted solutions in Power BI, Tableau on the cloud.
Can you assist with partial requirements? I don’t need a full end to end delivery?
Yes. We can come in at any stage of the flow. We can assist with data cleansing, injestion, modeling, transforming, reporting or any part in between. You may work with us for a day or full year. The choice is yours and how you see fit.
Can you work from our office or remotely?
Yes. We can work from any suitable office as long as we have access to the correct tools. In some cases, we may need to work from our own office for setup and integration purposes with the vendors where remote is not an option.
Can you represent us in forums, trade events, management or board meetings?
Absolutely. We know our business (data) and we help synthesise this for you so you can concentrate on your business. We know that some data can be complex to explain and drive over the line. We can help.
